JOB PLACEMENT

40 Rounds Inc. is a certified Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) with a passion for hiring veteran personnel into the civilian job force. As veterans ETS (Expiration Term of Service) from their military service, there is little to no help in the transition to civilian life. This is where we bridge the gap and fill the void many veterans find themselves in upon leaving the military. As a disabled veteran myself, I understand the complexities of ETS'ing on a Friday and needing a job on Monday morning. I use my knowledge of military certifications, as well as MOS experience and qualifications to place our veteran personnel in the civilian job market.

Most civilian employers don't understand that not every Soldier, Sailor, Marine or Airman/woman was "just a grunt." Many of us veterans gained technical knowledge, skills and certifications carried out overseas, with limited resources, in the harshest conditions known to man. I believe these skill sets as well as the self discipline, drive and dedication that our military men and women possess, makes them some of the most qualified individuals on the planet.

In giving veterans good paying jobs they can use to support their families, we're not only doing the right thing – we're giving them hope. We're tackling the problem of PTSD and chipping away at the 22-a-day veteran suicides our country is facing. I not only want to place veterans in good paying jobs, but use this company to bring back the camaraderie we all miss from our time in service.
